I think I always get concerned on what people are going to say on my blogs, FB page, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, YOU NAME IT! When it all boils down, at the end of the day. The only thing that can change my mind about what I'm doing is my inner self. If you're not balancing out how you feel on the inside with how your looking on the outside. Then you could be living a 90/10 lifestyle. It's true! Happiness is something that comes within yourself and to be someone that's living a a lifestyle without it's full potential. There's always work that needs to be done. I had the privilege of speaking with an extremely motivated woman who was able to draw that out of me last night. I've always had this burning passion since I started coaching. There are the ups and downs because it's hard when you first start to have people take you seriously about what you're doing and how you're trying to help people stay strong and stay committed too.
It's not easy. Everyday is different for each person. They all face challenges as I do too. When I talked to Sarah Hawley yesterday she really put things into perspective for me. If I want to be at that 100% level I have to start showing and telling my story MORE. not just more to the people that have heard it but to anyone that wants to see it! I can sit here and type my fingers away all day long but in order for you to believe my passion in this company, you'd want to see it right? I don't blame you. So I'm going to step it up and start making videos. That's why I have been so eager to find questions for the videos. However, if I sit here and try to find something it's never going to happen. I have to make it happen. Just like you! You have to want it bad enough and show it to the world that you're working for it. Don't let an opportunity slip through your fingers because you didn't want to try or gave up too quickly. That's not fair to the goals you set but most importantly not fair to your inner self! My tip for the day on my daily video on FB was to smile more during your workouts. It releases endorphins and will help your workout feel better. That's not just it though. Smile more often in general. That extra release will boost your attitude and stamina for each day there-after.
Thank you Sarah for giving me that reassurance that I am fully capable of going after my dreams. I want to be a Diamond Coach by May. That means I have to lead a successful team that is helping people through Beachbody every day! It's such a reward to know that we can do this at home in the security of our space and not be judged. Does it matter what other people think anyway?! NO! It's how you feel about yourself. That 100% is yours! Go and get it!
