I may have taken the day off from the computer but I didn't take a day off from what my goals are. They are becoming more and more clear to me each day that this person I have became is someone I want to be for the rest of my life. It's not dieting that will make me happy. It's the lifestyle I live. Eating lean foods. You see that hot dog bun in the pictures? I'm not ashamed! It's a whole wheat 100% grain bun with a chicken sausage. I went through the endless packages of chicken sausage options they had, reading their ingredients thoroughly before selecting that one. NO chicken sausage is NOT on the fix meal plan. You can shame me all you want but when I pick out a 100% healthy Saturday I have a kid that loves hot dog meals, you better believe if my kid has been begging me for hot dogs I'm going to pick him over a meal anyday but I will make sure I picked the right option. It's seriously disappointing when you look at all the chicken (non-organic) that they have, one of the choices says 100% natural with 15% chicken broth added for flavor. <---- Uh?? No thank you. That is NOT 100% natural and that's why you need to read before you depend on a big label stamped on the front of some package. No preservatives, no growth hormones or artificial ingredients, Reeeead the fine line ya'll!
I love Cardio FIX. I hate cardio in general when I think about it. No really I do! I think about running and my body cringes but the moment I start, I LOVE IT! It's a love/hate relationship and I'm totally okay with that because at the end of the day I felt better do get that good sweat in! :)
