Don't think for a minute I've forgotten to post or workout today! It's hubby's day off and I'll be heading over to my girl, Sabrina's house here in a few to nail Total Body Cardio! Yesterday was a much needed active rest day. Yoga was a perfect workout after Dirty 30! I was so sore yesterday that stretching out those muscles was soooo relaxing. I never used to be a yoga girl at ALL! I didn't get it. You go to a class and roll around? NOPE. If that's what you choose to do then you can be that person but if you relax and physically move through each position it can be one of the most releasing exercises ever. It definitely healed my muscles because today, buddy! I am READY TO GO! I'll be making this post short since I need to prep my snack then pack my lunch to head on over there but I had to share my meals! Top-Lean Sirloin Steak
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Garlic Powder, Pepper, Parsley
Shiskabob (x2)
